It is only fifty meters walk to the kohlmais lift and the ski run comes down to the door. Open all year round, the kohlmais lift is the perfect starting point for the Saalbach ski circus and many mountain bike routes.

We ae a member of the Saalbach Joker card system, providing you with a free lift pass for walking, mountain biking and sight seeing. Free access to the Saalbach out-door swimming pool and much more.

We offer a variety of rooms and a luxury apartment all with fantastic mountain views. The large garden which overlooks the village of Saalbach is a suntrap in the long Summer months (And for the not so plesant days there is the tv and game lounge!).
